8. Methodology

• Jobs are collected daily from the public career pages of 98 executive search firms and leadership job boards across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
• A job is counted in the month it was first seen by the pipeline (first_seen_at), deduplicated across sources.
• Industry, work mode and employment type are classified automatically from the posting text; interim share is the share of postings explicitly classified as interim mandates.
• Postings on headhunters' own sites are a proxy for the publicly visible slice of the executive market; confidential searches that are never posted are not captured. Treat small country samples as directional.
