Nordic Executive List ("we", "us", "the service") is a subscription-based daily email digest that monitors Nordic executive job listings on behalf of subscribers. The service is operated by Celxius AB (org. nr. 559288-1220), Lidingö, Sweden.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Nordic Executive List is a paid subscription service. Pricing is displayed on our website at nordicexecutivelist.com/pricing.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. Payment details are required at sign-up. Your card will not be charged until the end of the trial period. When the trial ends, your card is charged the price of the plan you selected, and the subscription then renews automatically at the same interval until you cancel. The exact amount and the date of the first charge are shown on the checkout page, confirmed by email when your trial starts, and repeated in a reminder email two days before the charge.
You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings with one click; cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be billed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (one click under "Billing"), or by emailing hello@nordicexecutivelist.com. Cancellation works throughout the trial and at any time after it, and we send a written confirmation by email. After the first charge, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable Swedish consumer protection law or under your right of withdrawal (section 5).
Refund of an unused charge. If you have been charged but have not used the service since that charge, we will refund it in full. To qualify, you must email hello@nordicexecutivelist.com within 14 days of the charge and ask for a refund. "Using the service" means opening a job from a digest, visiting your dashboard, or using the CV or cover-letter tools; receiving or opening our emails does not count.
Refund shortly after a charge. If you cancel within 3 days of a charge and email us to ask for a refund within that time, we will refund that charge in full, whether or not you have used the service.
How refunds work. A refund covers only your most recent charge and is available once per customer. When we issue a refund, your subscription ends immediately and you lose access; we confirm the refund by email. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. These refunds are not available for a charge you have disputed with your card issuer.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service, contact us at hello@nordicexecutivelist.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). You may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you sign up (the day your trial starts), without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, either:
You may use Konsumentverket's standard withdrawal form (ångerblankett), but you are not obliged to. It is sufficient that you send your withdrawal before the 14-day period ends. We confirm every withdrawal by email.
By starting your free trial you expressly request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after the trial has ended and the paid period has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the paid period during which the service was provided before you told us you were withdrawing. If you withdraw during the free trial, nothing is charged.
Nordic Executive List aggregates publicly available job listings from headhunter and recruitment firm websites, and from relevant job boards. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or currency of listings. Job availability is determined by third-party sources outside our control.
The service is intended as a convenience tool to reduce manual monitoring effort. It is not a recruitment service, and we make no guarantees regarding job placement outcomes.
You may use the service solely for your personal job search. You may not:
The Nordic Executive List platform, branding, and original content are owned by Celxius AB (org. nr. 559288-1220). Job listing titles and links displayed through the service remain the property of their respective source websites and employers.
Nordic Executive List displays only job titles and direct links to original postings — no full listing content is reproduced or stored beyond what is necessary to operate the service. Users are directed to the original source for full job details. Celxius AB respects the intellectual property rights of third-party sources and will promptly remove any source upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Nordic Executive List is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed job opportunities, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We aim to deliver the job digest every day according to your selected schedule. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party sources, infrastructure outages, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify these terms or the service at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for. A new price takes effect at your next renewal at the earliest, and only after we have notified you by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date from your account settings and you will not be charged the new price.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.
