Nordic Executive List ("we", "us", "the service") is a subscription-based daily email digest that monitors Nordic executive job listings on behalf of subscribers. The service is operated by Celxius AB (org. nr. 559288-1220), Lidingö, Sweden.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Nordic Executive List is a paid subscription service. Pricing is displayed on our website at nordicexecutivelist.com/pricing.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will be asked for payment details before the trial ends to continue the service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable Swedish consumer protection law.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service, contact us at hello@nordicexecutivelist.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Nordic Executive List aggregates publicly available job listings from headhunter and recruitment firm websites, and from relevant job boards. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or currency of listings. Job availability is determined by third-party sources outside our control.
The service is intended as a convenience tool to reduce manual monitoring effort. It is not a recruitment service, and we make no guarantees regarding job placement outcomes.
You may use the service solely for your personal job search. You may not:
The Nordic Executive List platform, branding, and original content are owned by Celxius AB (org. nr. 559288-1220). Job listing titles and links displayed through the service remain the property of their respective source websites and employers.
Nordic Executive List displays only job titles and direct links to original postings — no full listing content is reproduced or stored beyond what is necessary to operate the service. Users are directed to the original source for full job details. Celxius AB respects the intellectual property rights of third-party sources and will promptly remove any source upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Nordic Executive List is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed job opportunities, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We aim to deliver the job digest every day according to your selected schedule. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party sources, infrastructure outages, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify these terms or the service at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.
