Step 1: Automated scanning every morning

Every day at 04:00 UTC, our pipeline starts automatically. It visits the websites of 97 executive search firms — from major international players like Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles to Nordic specialists like Novare, Alumni, and Michael Berglund. Each firm's job listings are analyzed, and new leadership roles are identified by comparing against the previous day's data. The process takes approximately 30 minutes and runs entirely without manual intervention.

Step 2: Classification and enrichment

Each new role is automatically classified by country (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland), industry (12 categories, from tech and life science to manufacturing and finance), employment type (permanent or interim), and work mode (remote, hybrid, or on-site). The classification combines rule-based heuristics — keywords in local language — with AI models that handle the more ambiguous cases. The result is a structured, searchable database of executive roles.

Step 3: Matching against your preferences

You set your preferences during onboarding: which role types you're looking for (CEO, CFO, COO, interim), which countries and industries interest you, and whether you want to see remote roles. Every morning, new roles are matched against your criteria. Only roles that match your preferences are included in your daily digest — no irrelevant mass mailings.

Step 4: Daily digest before 07:00 CET

Matching roles are delivered to your inbox as a compact, readable daily digest — before 07:00 CET. Each role includes the title, company, recruiting firm, and a direct link to the full listing. You also get access to a dashboard with advanced filters and search functionality to explore the entire market.

We have identified over 190 executive search firms operating in the Nordics. Of these, we monitor 96 daily — the firms that publish leadership roles on their websites. Transparency and data quality

All leadership roles we monitor are publicly listed on each firm's website — we do not create any data. Our pipeline includes quality controls: duplicate filtering (the same role from different firms), detection of filled positions, and daily monitoring of scanner health. If a firm's website changes and our scanner stops working, we detect it and fix it — often within the same day.
